Elizabeth P. Ridley is a business, financial services, and estate planning attorney. Elizabeth’s practice focuses on business disputes, non-competes, employment litigation, and contract matters. Elizabeth also represents clients before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Her work before FINRA includes customer complaints for unsuitable or speculative investment recommendations and registered representatives in employment disputes. Her practice also includes estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
Elizabeth is also uniquely qualified in business matters involving Chinese investors. She previously worked for a Chinese law firm in Shanghai. Her work focused on antitrust law, mergers and acquisitions, employment and labor law, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Elizabeth is a well-known fervent University of Minnesota athletics fan that is often found attending Gopher basketball, football, and hockey games.
